After psychosis running into schizophrenia

 After psychosis we can run into schizophrenia. We can hear voices see hallusinations have lost our Sense of real and personal reality through memory. Bad prognosis to psychosis means we dont recover our Sense of reality. Reality is the realm you are in and our Sense of reality. We have in our self imagination love religion ( other reality ) and intellect that is not about reality. People in different cultures also have different reality so Its a different realm. Reality is the totality of all things structures actual and conceptual events Past and present and phenomena wheter observable or not. There is debate of what is reality. For example some think so god is in reality some dont. Many have too small brains to process what is all that reality what is real and what is not real. Ofcourse Many get schizophrenia and dont know whats real. Even then you can get help to form Sense of real. We need also heart and soul and some think so Its more important than Sense of reality . Some think so some christians dont have Sense of reality and there for have schizophrenia. Illusion based psyche can be formed to some beautyful females and they can lose Sense of real.
