We humans have to. As control we have to this and that through life. Some kids just run free and do some school and little help at home and clean in joy their rooms. Many kids don’t have to too much. Even that might feel like control to be free from as an adult. Are adults free ? Inner have to this and that is found and in that discipline we are sometimes free. Everyday things take over and work and non is free . Some find wholeness what comes to self and work and that work is adults freedom.
