 There is lots of insanity that fool and destroy people. One example is sungazing. In sungazing you look at the sun for spiritual awakening , energy or clarity. In reality you should never look at the sun at all . Even the sunset you should never look at. You might go blind if you look at the sun. Never go to any spiritual bullshit Its mostly to fool people and to destroy people. We have evil people.
