What is Healthy food ?

 Not all have learned what is Healthy food. There is some wrong information also available. Wrong information cause orthorexia. There is some debate about Healthy diet. There are also correct Books about Healthy diet. It depends a little if you do physical work or academic work of what is to you Healthy. Also your personal interests might be Healthy for your self. Its our inner  wisdom and edjucation together what is to our self Healthy food. To eat ordinary home food is Healthy enough. Also Many might need pizza and kebab to fill the belly for real even Its not considered so Healthy. Whole grain, broccoli, fresh carrots, olive oil, salmon , kale, cabbage, spinach, spirulina, celery, sprouts, berry, mango, nuts and seeds are considered Healthy. Raw vegetables are considered more Healthy and rich in nutrients than boiled vegetables. Also organic food is more Healthy than non organic food. Soaking nuts and juicing stuff is Healthy. Non sugar yoghurt is also considered Healthy. Processed fats, processed foods , sugar , coca cola, Alcohol and coffee are considered not so Healthy. If people get hedonistical pleasure from foods there might be some Health benefits but junk food too much is absolutely not Healthy.
