Emotional well being
Many things threath our emotional wellbeing in life. Horrible things exists that we cant TaKe alone. We need emotionally safe people and learn even how not to emotionally crash and wound others. It takes some time to learn such maturity. Not all wanna learn to consider others. We must be strong and handle each others. This way some become emotionally strong. How ever some things are so horrible we might need emotional support. In psychosis we cant emotionally TaKe some things on our own. We need to cry later Its not then posible. To cry is to emotionally heal from horrible things. We need Many some humanism to connect to ok people with some humanity. Many dont stay as human in life but with safe family Many stay emotionally well in life.
