Approval

 Sure Its wrong to do to our selfs that we must look from out side approval to our selfs that we cant just have power in collective to exist in our selfs from Sense of self approval which then had mirroing from out side in our lifes. That we are so far from self powers that we need approval to our selfs that our selfs as our selfs are not seen anymore or understood but some fraqment is them selfs that we have to only be. Thats to exists in life without own powers. This collective do not forgive our selfs our part in life but judge and abuse our selfs. Thats to be ofcourse low in the society. That then is judged to be taken as mental disorder. There is not easy way out , but to find some people to some freedom and rights to our selfs to belong in life from our selfs not from some illusion of mentally ill.
