Foolish teachings ?

 What’s a foolish teaching ? That we all the time listen and tune into some inner life ? And that’s our life? Why not just some inner life sometimes ? At home we tune into some inner life some. Some don’t. Some tune into inside a lot. It’s very common teaching don’t go to out side. Why would not everything happen within our selfs. All kinds of sensations during our life. Finding path inside might ofcourse be for some people possible. Inner guided is reality to anybody. Many don’t have to so much obay. But can we get lost inside ? Can unconscious guide our selfs ? Can things all the time open for our selfs from our selfs ? They say the heart has brains and neurons that our hearts think also . We are told things about our spirituality. People are different many teachings are not for our selfs. Should we be grounded ? What does it mean ? Many are maybe only grounded , we don’t have freedom of the sky within such nervous system powers. Some become some spiritual criminals in life and don’t settle them selfs. We should be interested what just we have not what others have inside. Some share for example in communication or art what they have inside. Or what they see outside . Outside inside. We don’t some understand why people destroy what people have inside by abuse , evil, control, medicines, and more . Would all deserve a teacher what’s to just them good in life from them selfs ?
