Removing our selfs

We might torture our selfs to some protection in life by inner work that remove our selfs from our selfs. To worship and to allow some heart is possible torture of human being by some religions or spiritual manipulations. We might have to belong to even something like that in life. We seriously might be not so cabable to any inner work so such can’t be maybe edjucated by gurus also and we have to somehow have no weakness of love this and that.
