Some understanding

 We don’t have some understanding in Finland often in some realms that a person can be a personality. Traditional maturity is judged from many things in them selfs to maturities and they don’t understand allowing our sexuality , self, character , humour , narcissisms and our selfs and then this self grows also into spirituality clarity and maturity by helping and serving and being for others. It’s matured self centerism and highly desired in life. People think so a personality is some immaturity and asshole even anybody can know it’s just to be a strong person. A strong person might fail in understanding that they are also selflessness and that’s their selfs. That’s to grow up and not to stay as judged child who obay others. It’s not necessarily not to obay at work. It’s not some high individualisation in the society it’s also any job. But we don’t have so good flame for people to grow up and live a life from their inner freedom. There is an evil adult type that don’t at all wish people any well lifes even it would be their jobs. Life should offer us a chance to care about people but sure many don’t Waite such in desire.
